How RideOz handles pilot waitlist information.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb or city, rider frequency, driver platform, vehicle type, average weekly trips, referral code, how you heard about RideOz, onboarding availability, and related pilot validation responses.

We use information to manage the RideOz waitlist, calculate waitlist position and driver priority signals, contact you about early access, support pilot onboarding, improve Melbourne pilot planning, and maintain admin reporting.

RideOz is pre-launch. We do not use this waitlist to dispatch rides, process ride payments, or operate a live rideshare marketplace.

Waitlist information may be stored in the application database or Supabase when configured. We may also use email and hosting providers to operate the pilot platform, send confirmations, and secure the admin dashboard.

You can request access to, correction of, or removal of your waitlist information by contacting info@rideoz.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.
